Thursday night in exile

  • Aarron Murray will have surgery tomorrow.  Good luck, young man.  You are a ‘bulldog forever‘.
  • Donovan Tate will decide between LSU and Georgia for his final visit.
  • Lowndnes DB Greg Reid took an unofficial visit recently to Georgia, despite a ‘firm’ commitment to UF.
  • Yep.  Definitely Tony Franklin.
  • Chris Little is a traveling manAgain.
  • Expect to hear a lot about this in Baton Rouge.
  • Finally, Chip Towers jumps on The Celebration bandwagon.  I love the snark factor on this one.  I bet Moore, Schultz and Bradley uninvite him from their weekly lunch at Olive Garden.

I heard some rumor that Chris Little was having trouble getting his weight down. He has been on campus for a year and half now. That should be enough time with all that training to get your weight under control. I am not sure if he was playing much anyway. It may not be the worse thing. The parting might have been mutual. I heard they have moved A.J. Harmon to offensive tackle a few weeks ago.

BBQ, Ball and Bets

There's nothing like a sunny fall afternoon, pork BBQ (with mustard sauce, of course!), a pregame tailgate, and...betting online. You heard me right. With a laptop and an internet connection you can check the odds of any game from the 50 yard line. Now that's convenience and will make your tailgate all the more interesting when some dude mentions just how much of a good bet a certain game is.
