Live…from Death Valley

I will attempt to keep my thoughts as up to date as possible during the day today.  I’ll use my moble device to post periodic thoughts and observations though the day.>

•Do all of the Dawg fans here have tickets? I hope so.

•I hate Tiger rag. I’m just sayin’.
•Is ‘Tiger Bait’ the only thing their fans know in English?

• We’ll take it.

•From my In-laws: Indiana beats Northwestern. The dream is over.

•That is the drive we’ve been waiting for all season

•Think Richt likes trading Td’s for FG’s? I do.

•No, no, no. That was too easy for the Tigers. Why is ‘be my girl’ a song that LSU plays after a score?

•Interceptions: It’s what’s for dinner.

•That is why Walsh has a scholarship. Big time kick.

•24-17 at the half. The Dawgs and Tigers have been playing a very close game. The difference is the turnovers.

•Not so much an agression penalty. We’ve had too many ‘mental, penalties this year.

•The. Stafford to Green TD at 9 mins was the play we’ve been waiting to pull together.

•Re the fake punt: Desperation is a stinky perfume.

•So Knowshon CAN break off the big run. What do you say to that?

•That weak pass D won’t get it done next week against UF. I hate that UGA plays so soft on D in this kind of game.
•73 yds/5 plays/2 mins isn’t the kind of drive national champion contneders allow with a 21 point lead.

•Re the personal foul: REALLY?

•A pick six will cure all that ills you.

•All the purple leaving the stadium looks like the end credits of Barney.

•Most points by Georgia ever in Death Valley.
•Final from Baton Rouge: UGA 52-LSU 38.

Go Dawgs!

Thanks for the reality check, Auditdawg. I’ll have a post this evening when I get home with more about the game with more positives.

A Georgia Dawg in the Mid-West alone with his thoughts.

BBQ, Ball and Bets

There's nothing like a sunny fall afternoon, pork BBQ (with mustard sauce, of course!), a pregame tailgate, and...betting online. You heard me right. With a laptop and an internet connection you can check the odds of any game from the 50 yard line. Now that's convenience and will make your tailgate all the more interesting when some dude mentions just how much of a good bet a certain game is.
