Men ‘redeem’ themselves in basketball

Georgia sneaks out of West Lafayette with a win, 61-60 over Eastern Michigan.  Corey Butler scored 12 in the win. Per the AJC, Coach Felton took a timeout at about seven minutes, with the Dawgs down by 11.  Coming out of the TO, the team scored seven quick points and rallied to win.  I only mention that because oftentimes last year, timeouts were ofter used way too late to make a difference.

Paul Westerdawg has a good look at what is next for the Dawgs in the NIT.

A Georgia Dawg in the Mid-West alone with his thoughts.

BBQ, Ball and Bets

There's nothing like a sunny fall afternoon, pork BBQ (with mustard sauce, of course!), a pregame tailgate, and...betting online. You heard me right. With a laptop and an internet connection you can check the odds of any game from the 50 yard line. Now that's convenience and will make your tailgate all the more interesting when some dude mentions just how much of a good bet a certain game is.
