SEC unanimously approves limit

So, if you can only sign 28 players a year max, how can you run off players you don’t think are as good as the one’s you recruited. Seriously, this is a good rule.  Some teams have been pretty good at signing guys and “letting things take care of themselves.”  By ‘take care of themselves,’ usually it means unspecified rules violations will result in players leaving or being kicked off the team for ‘not being good enough.’

I guess Nick Saban and Houston Nutt were unwilling yes votes in this one as it was unanimous.

BBQ, Ball and Bets

There's nothing like a sunny fall afternoon, pork BBQ (with mustard sauce, of course!), a pregame tailgate, and...betting online. You heard me right. With a laptop and an internet connection you can check the odds of any game from the 50 yard line. Now that's convenience and will make your tailgate all the more interesting when some dude mentions just how much of a good bet a certain game is.
